Hi, I am Elizabeth.
From a very early age, fitness and nutrition have been very important to me. I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes aged 8, which has forced on me the importance of health in my day to day life. From an early age I have been experimenting with various types of exercise and diets to discover the impact on my own body.
Through my books I hope to share this knowledge with you and to provide you with a good understanding of the diets and some novel and helpful tips to help you achieve your health and well being goals. Hopefully I can act as a filter for you as to what works and what is just a gimic (raspberry ketones for instance!).
