Luke Bauserman was born and raised in the Appalachian foothills of southeastern Ohio. He has worked as a paperboy, a vending machine stocker, and an aide in a nursing home. He currently is a dental student.
When Luke isn’t writing, he can be found playing banjo in the company of his stuffed possum, George Jones. He also enjoys researching rural history and American folklore, which he writes about on his blog, The Weekly Holler.
Luke lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three young children.
