About the Author

Twenty four hours a day are not enough for Aliza Galkin-Smith and her many activities in various fields. After initially working as a computer engineer, she retrained as an art therapist. As an artist she is engaged with painting and sculpture. Her favorite hobbies are gardening and growing vegetables and she devotes time to cooking. But the love of her life is writing, the occupation that connects her many residences and relationships. Writing is the creative and permanent activity that has accompanied her for decades, more than anything else she has done in her life; since she learned to read and write, she has recorded her dreams and thoughts in daily writing, and in recent years she has ventured into publishing her books. Soliloquy of a Fat Man is her sixth book. She is happily married to her fourth husband for decades and is proud of her daughter.
