Tom Watts was born and raised in New Zealand and has spent some time living in Australia and London. Since graduating university he’s been pursuing a career in urban planning/ design, and when possible, enjoying a bit of travel to break up the grind. In terms of the book, Tyson & Joey has been a background project for Tom, developing organically over several years as a response to his mental health challenges.
