Seven Swords

by Michael E. Shea

I couldn't put this book down. The characters had depth and were not unbelievably perfect and heroic. The story twisted and turned with just enough detail to draw you into the planet and it's cultures, but kept the focus on the action. I really hope to find more books from Mr Shea to continue the saga.

I first listened to this book at podiobooks some time ago and was immediately hooked. Harwood brings us into the life of his hero Jack Palms, a man trying to get his life on track but his life is suddenly thrown upside down when he tries to help a friend out. This puppy is full of action, adventure, intrigue, sex and violence - well worth both a listen and a read.
