Reviews by Gillian Lewis

The Adventures of Odysseus and The Tales of Troy

by Padraic Colum

This 'book' was handed down by word of mouth. It was spoken in everyday language. This book does not reflect this essential fact. It is written in turgid prose. Greek storytellers would never have used such language. This is a travesty of a book.
