FEATURED AUTHOR - Lloyd Lofthouse is a former U.S. Marine and Vietnam Veteran, who worked as a maître d’ in a 15 million dollar nightclub for a few years. He also taught English literature in the public schools for most of 30 years where he explored Romeo and Juliet with thousands of high school students.

While the story idea wasn't unique in itself, it was done well enough to overlook it, although the 'extra ending' seemed to be more of a "throw it in there and let the reader's imagination do the majority of the work", even though the foreshadowing made it obvious where it was leading.
But all said, a solid enjoyable read.
I have to admit that I was disappointed in the fact that the author tried to conclude the story with -two- separate stories without a final tie in together. (Basically ignoring the early hero to try to make us care about a previously worthless (IMO) character.)
Any full circle between the endings would have possibly made it a 5 * story, but as is, it's definitely a 4* book.
