Reviews by Witchy Woman

Uther and Igraine

by Warwick Deeping

Found this book at the Library a few years ago. Wasn't able to finish it, and when I went back a few months later it had disappeared from the shelves. I was very happy to see it as a free download.

I love the way this book is written. Deeping weaves a rich tapestry of images with his words. Well-written story, too, although somewhat vintage 1903 melodramatic in places. I enjoyed it very much.

Looking forward to reading more of his books...he was a very prolific writer and a lot of his books are now available as free downloads from various sites.
