Pretty fun read. Came away thinking it was about the plot and not so much about character development - I like that and I took a thankful notice of how 'going too far' with details didn't happen. I'll give it 3 1/2

Well developed plot and characters. 1902 crime forensics, legal elements and a bit of good page-turning...
Pretty good - a bit too much colorful dialog but, it's easy to skip a page or two and not miss a thing.
It was a fun read with a surprising end.
Been enjoying all the Cleek stories - good, fun reading.
The series ranges from 3/12 to 5 stars with average around 4+
