Dr Nikola's Experiment

by Guy Newell Boothby

I found this book a page turner. It must be 'the complete novel' as it has; adventure, mystery, sci fi and romance all rolled up in one story. In the middle is a 'missing section' but that does not detract from the fun of the story.

Memoirs of Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds

by Charles MacKay

An excellent look into what drives the masses. The first story about John Law holds so many parallels to modern day United States it's amazing.

A fascinating read for anyone interested in history and how it repeats itself!
