The first half of this story was gripping. The second half seemed to meander and was somewhat repetitive.

This was a good read. He was definitely ahead of his time describing "future technology".

A reasonably well written story but I felt that the author was under pressure to wrap up the story. The last couple of chapters almost seemed to be written by someone else and didn't have the same flow as the rest of the book.

This is the second book in the series. It was better written than book one. The author seemed to be more comfortable with his characters and settings and less inclined to included filler.
