At first it was rather confusing. I think the edits the author did the electronic addition made portions of the story somewhat choppy and confusing.
Overall, I enjoyed the book and would recommend it as a light read for a rainy afternoon.
This was an okay book. At points, the story became somewhat choppy as if the editor's pen slashed portions to keep the story at a certain length. Except for Cortland, the characters were very weakly portrayed.
This was an okay book. It was a little tedious at points and I had a hard time making a real connection with the main character at times.
