FictionBook format
A very basic implementation of FictionBook format (.fb2) is now available. Stanza’s desktop application can read this format, and there are a couple of applications available on other platforms (see this wikipedia article on fictionbook and fbreader website). ShortBook (web | iTunes) is a fairly new iPhone app that’s also able to read .fb2 files — the full version costs $4.99, and the light version, ShortBookLE is available for you to test. It’s unfortunate that the light version will only work with books from shortki.com, so I can’t really tell how well this will work for iPhone users at this point.
