This book with its sad, reiterated story of wrong and oppression is an indictment and an appeal. It is an indictment of the system which produces results so pitiful. It is an appeal to Christian womanhood to right these wrongs and enlighten this darkness by sacrifice and service.

much of their wealth in the pursuit of ignoble pleasures, and who do not spare a farthing for a noble cause, 'Awake before it is too late. Do not forget in the midnight of your intoxication that a bitter day of reckoning awaits you. Awake, arise, or be for ever fallen. Your fates are bound up with those of your people and your glory depends upon their prosperity. If they rise, you rise. If they fall, you fall with them. Wealth is a poison if it becomes an instrument of evil; a life-giving antidote when devoted to a noble purpose. Regard it therefore as a divine gift and a sacred trust.' When I read Kristen's review I was curious about it so I read it. I do not have Moslem friends but I read so much as well as watching documentary and I happened to a gree with her! This thing is bad and the expert show is worse. I believe that when you call some one an animal it means that you are far less developed than that animal because he lives better than you and in the end only God will judge upon us because he is the only one with that right.

I read this book and it is so bad, I did not like it a bit. I have a muslim friend and they are nothing like this. Their prophet does not speak from himself, rather his words are from God. Let us think about it and we will find that they repect and protect women. Here in the US and in europe the rape and other crimes are towards women hundreds no million times more than the muslim world. So this is a bunch of lies.
