Throughout the ages citizens have always had an uneasy truce with their governments, neither side completely convinced that the other had their best interests at heart. The literature in this section are all government related and offer an interesting window into the type of information they deemed useful in the past. From instructions on how to perform simple acts of sabotage against enemy nations to world fact books by the Central Intelligence Agency, the contents of this category might not always be practical, but it is definitely interesting.
