About the Author

Roger Hayden is a writer, prepper enthusiast, and all around book, film, and music lover. His first self-published series "The Decay," draws from some of his favorite books in the dystopian genre to include, "One Second After," "The Stand," "The Road," and George Orwell's "1984." His second series, "The Pulse," offers a different take of the EMP dystopian world portrayed in "The Decay," involving a tight-knit group of preppers responding to disaster. He is also a fan of science fiction genre and authors Ray Bradbury, Arthur C. Clarke, and Philip K. Dick.
