About the Author

Yigal Pinchas, Ph.D., is a Doctor of Physical Education and the author of Be Your Own Personal Trainer, Holistic Fitness Training, and Start With Stretching. He has worked as a physical fitness educator for over thirty years, teaching at some of the most prestigious sporting institutes in the world, including the Kibbutzim College, the Wingate Institute, and the University of Calgary.
