Elana Milman has music, art, and dance flowing through her veins. A graduate of “Lesley College” in Boston with a master’s degree in arts in expressive therapies, Elana taught movement and creative dance in Israel and Toronto. She also taught at the “Bialik” school, worked with adopted teenagers and women’s groups, trained teachers, and facilitated many workshops in Canada, Europe, and Israel through the integration of arts. She is a loving mother and grandmother and lives with her family in Israel and Canada. The Secrets My Mother Kept is her first book.
