Kevin J. Glynn earned a bachelor of arts degree in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and has a background in naval intelligence. He served as a special agent with the U. S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service for 24 years He is retired and resides with his wife near the beach in the southeastern United States.
