Tell us more about Andy Friessen. What makes him tick?

Andy Friessen is probably one of the most mysterious of the Friessen men. He is an alpha and so strong minded and puts his family before everything and anyone.

This book is very much about how family comes together. Why did you find this theme important to write about?

I love big family romances about how families have your back through thick and thin and every obstacle. Families are far from perfect but what makes this theme so important and why readers love this series so much is it’s the kind of family everyone wants.

How does The Bloodline tie in with the other books in the Friessens series?

All the books in the Friessen series can be stand-alone. The Bloodline reunites all the characters of the The Friessen family.

Which book in this series is your personal favorite?

I get asked this a lot. And after I write each book that next one becomes my new favorite. But I honestly have a soft spot for The Forgotten Child. It was the very first book that kicked off the long-running Friessen family series and landed on the Amazon Bestseller list and stayed there for nearly three years.

Please give us three good to know facts about you.

I love good strong dark coffee

I’m a really early morning person, 5 am.

I do both dragonboat racing and outrigger for fun.

If you could choose one character from the Friessen series to spend a day with, who would it be? And where would you take them?

That is really difficult, because I would love to spend time with Brad Friessen or Andy and spend a day horseback riding. Jed Friessen I’d sit around a campfire with. Neil Friessen I’d meet over a glass of red wine.

What are you working on right now?

I just finished a FREE Friessen Family short story, Ground Rules, that will be given to everyone who just purchased my new release I’ll Always Love You.
