An interesting account of various techniques Baden-Powell used in getting information as a spy from under the enemies' noses, in South Africa during the Boer War and elsewhere. A short book of 59 pages, with illustrations by the author.
It's important to note that all of Baden-Powell's original sketches are included, and I say that because some of the anecdotes cannot be properly understood without reference to the drawings; but, believe it or not, an earlier ePub version of this book that I downloaded did not include them, and hence parts of that book were incomprehensible.
The editors did not fall into that trap here. But I thought it a pity, though, that they were so intent on getting Baden-Powell's title and all his given names correct on the front cover that they forgot to add his surname....
