The Campfire Girls at Camp Keewaydin

by Hildegard G. Frey

This book, like Frey's others, is clever and amusing. This one is pretty heavy on the morals, but a sweetly (and hilariously) innocent approach to "girl crushes" redeems it.

The Campfire Girls Go Motoring

by Hildegard G. Frey

This book is So Hilarious. It's very readable, and though (like most girls' books of this era) it relies excessively on coincidence, it's clever as well. Highly recommended, if you like this kind of thing at all.
