She holds an MA in Art History from Kent University, USA, and studied Management Consultancy and Group Facilitation at Bar Ilan University, Israel. She combines the two disciplines, Art and Leadership, to inspire organizations and managements to develop innovative and creative leadership among all ranks of organizations.
Iris is a frequent participant at international conferences such as the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland where leading policy makers and managers in their fields discuss leadership challenges and creative management approaches.
