Gen LaGreca writes novels with innovative plots, strong romance and themes that celebrate personal freedom. She writes stories of unusual people doing unusual things, stories with something important to say, and stories that inspire us to reach for our dreams. Her romantic medical thriller, NOBLE VISION, is a Foreword magazine Book-of-the-Year and a Writer’s Digest International Book Awards Finalist. Gen’s antebellum murder mystery, A DREAM OF DARING, won 5 literary awards. Her newest novel is the sci-fi mystery and adventure, FUGTIVE FROM ASTERON.
Prior to finding her great passion in fiction writing, Gen worked as a pharmaceutical chemist, business consultant, and corporate writer. She holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Polytechnic Institute of New York and a graduate degree in philosophy from Columbia University. A variety of life experiences—in science and business, as well as in philosophy and writing—bring vibrant characters, urgent issues, thematic depth, and an outside-the-box approach to her novels.
