Yes, one needs so readjust perspective, but I think this is the biggest need of the day when majority of us are living under acute and chonic stress, and stress related health problems. Due to out fragmentary approach, we do not consider ourselves as part of the whole but as single entities concerned only about our personal gains, thus destroying the planet we live on.
A recent survey in India showed a steep rise in polio cases (after the polio vaccine campaign!), and they are not able to understand why.
I wish they could read the chapter on vaccination for answers. In fact, it will be good if all personnel involved in health-planning read this book.
The methods used for curing diseases are simple and inexpensive (and they work! I am a living example).
