ma'y aming pagsulatan
ang usap na aming pagkakasunduan.

Gayon ang laging isinisigaw niya
habang namamangka't nagtutumayo pa
walang anoano'y lumitaw pagdaka
isang taong pan~git na walang kapara.

Naupo sa daong nang kaniyang bangka
at ang sinabi niya'y inusisa
tunay bang ibig mo na yumamang bigla
na gaya nang iyong man~ga salita.

Oo anang lan~go't nasa ko'y n~gayon din
kung iniibig mong ako'y payamanin
anitong tumanong kung iyong susundin
ang kahilin~gan ko yama'y tatamuhin.

Hustong isang taóng ay kung dumating na
ikaw ay sa akin pilit na sasama
n~guni't yayaman ka na walang pagsala
at sa iyoy madla ang man~gagtataka.

At kung papayag ka'y iyong pifirmahan
itong gagawin kong isang kasulatan
tandang pagayon mo sa ating usapan
na ikaw ay akin magpakailan man.

Inaayunan ko ang sagot nang lan~go
gawin mo ang sulat at pifirma ako
agad na ginawa naman nang Demonio
na ang katuwaan ay di mamagkano
