Frederick Martinus is a Chinese Indonesian author who is pursuing his master's degree at University of Glasgow. His unrelenting love for children and young adult fiction urges him to give it a try until he finally garnered a well-earned international success with his children's story, Three Green Thieves, in 2020. Born and grew up in Jakarta, he loves reading English novels and solving Math problems. He has buried himself in some works, like ππ©π¦ ππͺπ·π¦π³ by Lois Lowry, ππ©π¦ ππ΄ππ’π―π₯ π°π§ π΅π©π¦ πππΆπ¦ ππ°ππ±π©πͺπ― by Scott O'Dell, ππ° ππͺππ π’ ππ°π€π¬πͺπ―π¨π£πͺπ³π₯ by Harper Lee, ππ’π©π³π¦π―π©π¦πͺπ΅ 451 by Ray Bradbury, and πππͺπ·π¦π³ ππΈπͺπ΄π΅ by Charles Dickens to name a few. He is also adept at applying formulae in algebra, calculus, and trigonometry. He is an Universitas Indonesia alumni.
