Colin Scales
Tom, a man on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Fred is often confused and losing his memory. Yorky, a heavy-drinking, aggressive womaniser. Not forgetting Kevin, an unexpected, mysterious rookie. These are the crew of the Scarborough fishing trawler, Dorothy Hood, as she prepares to set sail on her final fishing trip of 1973. Four men. Three agendas. Two enemies. Together on one boat.

About the Author

I have been writing plays and novels for about ten years now.
Writing isn`t just my hobby, it`s my passion.
I have had several of my plays performed at The Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, home to the world famous playwright, Sir Alan Ayckbourn`s 80+ world premieres.
My first novel, `The Captain`s Story` sold more copies than I ever expected and is, unfortunately no longer for sale.
However, you can still get a free copy by signing up to my newsletter on my website here:
