Jeff believes that every entrepreneur deserves to be a success story, and that future prosperity comes from collaboration, not competition. Drawing on his 20 years of leadership experience, he works with organizations to develop cultures that put people first. The result, an energized workforce inspired each day to serve others and to redefine what’s possible.
Jeff first displayed his talents as a leader at the age of 16, managing a team of 20 employees while in high school. After earning a BA in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan, he worked alongside his wife and her family at their award-winning home improvement center, serving as Vice President of Store Operations for over a decade.
Jeff is also the Founder and CEO of Clone Academy, an online community where people can learn how to clone themselves, ask questions, share ideas and support one another along the way. Through his book and online resources, he’s on a mission to liberate entrepreneurs from their business, so they can grow their business.
