Enjoying time away from the kitchen, pastry chef Jules, discovers a skull during a lakeside picnic. As if finding cold case remains isn’t enough, she must contend with the unsolved matter of her marriage, as well as her bitter landlord Edgar, who is intent on making a deal on a nearby vacant lot—until he turns up dead.
