The Gangster's Son

Joseph Mark Brewer once spent many years living in Tokyo, and knew that someday he would write about his experiences. He just didn't realize that it would take the form of a mystery series. A life-long storyteller and a journalist for many decades, he was lucky enough to travel around the world while serving in the Navy, then settle into the news business, working at publications in the U.S., Asia, and Canada. A native Midwesterner, he now writes from his home in Austin, Texas.
