With over 20 years of experience working in kitchens on six continents and 10 years teaching cookery under his belt, Murray's C.V. is crammed full of cooking and travelling adventures.

From restaurants to freelancing in many industry sectors, covering everything from small private cruise lines and private yachts to boutique hotels, private villas and chalets, catering for supermodels, Hollywood actors and celebrity chefs.

In 2016 he settled with his wife, Christina, in the French Alps and runs the YSE Cookery School; he also manages a hotel during the winter months for YSE Ski and is responsible for the training and monitoring of the company's 20 chalet chefs.
